About the Woodworker

If you’re looking for honest workmanship, quality products, and fair pricing, you’re in the right place.

My name is Chris, and I’m the owner of Declassified Woodworks.

Before starting this business, I served more than 8 years in the United States Navy. After my military service, I worked as a defense contractor providing training and technical support to service members across multiple branches of the military. During that time, I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Programming.

After years of travel and a career that kept me constantly on the move, I decided to build something of my own—something more hands-on, more personal, and more lasting. That decision led to the creation of Declassified Woodworks.

The name reflects a part of my background and serves as a quiet nod to the path that brought me here. Today, I bring that same discipline, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship into every project I take on.

My goal is simple: to create well-built pieces that people can rely on and enjoy for years to come. As the business continues to grow, I plan to share more completed work in a gallery here on the website. Until then, everything pictured with me in the photo was built by hand by me.

Ready-to-ship products will be available again soon. In the meantime, if you have a custom woodworking idea in mind, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Thank you for visiting and for considering Declassified Woodworks.
