Warranty Policy

Because wood is a natural material, variation in grain/color and movement with humidity is normal. This warranty covers workmanship defects, not normal characteristics of wood.

Custom Workmanship Warranty (Custom Projects)

We provide a 12-month limited workmanship warranty on custom-built/installed projects, starting from the date of completion/installation.

This warranty covers joinery or assembly failures due to workmanship and hardware installation issues due to workmanship (where hardware was supplied/installed by us).

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water/heat damage, extreme humidity changes, natural wood movement, or third-party modifications/installation.

Ready-Made Physical Products (Cutting Boards, Woodcraft)

We provide a 30-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of delivery. Damage from improper care, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description. If approved, we’ll provide repair, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion.
